Pear:
Girls with a pear shaped body are small on top and wider on top. In other words, they have wide hips and a big booty. If you want to hide your backside, wear a dress that is more fitted up top and then has tulle and poofs out at the bottom. But if you want to flaunt it, wear a more form-fitting dress and show it off!Slender:
If you're super skinny, I wouldn't recommend wearing a very tight dress. I'm super athletic, and because I'm so skinny, but still have muscular legs, I look almost sickly skinny in super tight dresses. I would recommend a full dress, or something that draws attention to to your waist and then flows or poofs out.
Busty:
If you are big-chested, wear something with a pretty neckline, but something that still has support. I think we've all seen that girl at the dance whose boobs are practically popping out of her dress. Nobody, except for maybe a few perverted guys, wants to see that. Reign them in, please. You can't un-see something like that.
Petite:
Shorties, this is for you! Make your legs look longer by wearing a shorter dress, high heels, or maybe even something with an asymmetrical hemline.
Hourglass:
Ok, If you are like me and have an hourglass frame, consider yourself lucky! Almost anything will look good on you, and you probably don't have much that you really want to disguise or hide!
Apple:
If you have a short torso, wear something that cuts of right beneath the bust, and then flows down. It makes your legs and torso look longer!
I'll include a picture of my dress and shoes, in case you want to see what I'm planning on rocking to this year's Homecoming Dance. You don't have to follow these guidelines, but they are just some suggestions is you can't decide what to get (: Have a great day y'all!
