School is starting, which means that the distractions are at their climax! And yes, by distractions I mean boys!(: Boys are confusing, frustrating, appealing, weird and attractive. But isn't that what we love about them most?! As we all know, boys do not always have the best intentions when it comes to dating girls in highschool. But we are here to help you find the RIGHT one this year(:
1. Don't go looking for a boyfriend. I think this is the best advice I have ever been given about boys. Many girls venture out to the mall with their friends, telling themselves "I NEED to find a boyfriend today". If you go looking for a boy, you most likely will not find one. Live your life, have fun. The boys will come and go. You do not have to go looking for them.
2. Be nice! Yes, I said it, be nice. As much as movies might disagree, no one likes mean girls. If you are mean to that quiet boy in your math class, you might regret it later when one day he shows up to school SUPER HAWT. (Hey, it could happen!) Bottom line, there's no logical explanation for being rude.
3. Never change yourself. I absolutely HATE watching great girls changing themselves to the type of girl they think they should be. If a boy wants you to change for him, truth is, he will never be satisfied. with you. Find someone who loves every single thing about you, even the things you hate.
