Random Hilariousness! Or... Awkwardness?
Okay, so I'm sorry for all of the inactivity on the blog lately! Libby and I have both been very busy this week, but I promise that a lot of good articles are coming up, so stay tuned!
Anyway, today I was on a run and I was running by a park next to an elementary school. I was on my last mile (number 4) since Wednesdays are my short run days. So I was running by the park, and apparently, the cross country team practices there on Wednesday. My ex is on the team, so I didn't look over at all; i just kept on running.
About a quarter mile later, I see a car driving slowly behind me. I didn't think much of it, and just focused on my music and the run. Then, I look over and see that the car is now driving next to me. I legitimately thought I was going to be kidnapped. Soooo like any sane person, I started running faster.. and faster... Until I looked over and saw that it was the Cross Country coach, who happened to be yelling at me, but I couldn't hear him because my music was so loud. I immediately stopped to talk to him. This is how the conversation went:
Coach: "What are you doing?"
Me: "Umm... well, I was running."
C: "Why aren't you running cross country?"
Me: "I don't know.."
C: "You don't know?"
Me: "Uh, nooo..."
C: "Do you have any idea what it made me think when I saw you fly past me while I'm running my practice?"
Me: "No, Sir."
C: "It made me think that I need you on my team! What grade are you in?"
Me: "Tenth."
C: "What other sports do you play?"
Me: "Allstar Cheerleading right now"
C: Well, it's a little late for you to join Cross Country noooowww, but you need to do track."
Me: "Maybe.."
C: "You could be really good!"
Me: "I'll ask my parents about it!"
At this point, the OTHER cross country and track coach drove up.
Coach 2: "You found her!"
C: "Well yeah, I wasn't letting her get away."
Me: *just awkwardly standing there*
C2: "That's the girl I was telling you about!"
C: "What's your name?"
Me: "Kierstin (and then my last name)"
C: "Okay, got it. You can continue running now. Talk to you soon! You need to run track and cross country. We need more girls' state qualifiers."
Me: "Okay"
C2: "Bye Kierstin!"
C2: "I can't believe you actually followed her. Creep."
C: "Hey, I want her."
C2: "We're going to get her."
I don't know whether to find this funny, creepy, or awkward..? Lol what do you guys think?

Happy Hump Day!
Ahh! Finally, half walk through the week! Kierstin and I have both been sick this week, so it has been drraaaaaggggggiiiinnnngggg. ): I have had a lot of time to think in the past few days, as I have had nothing else to do other than watch Netflix on repeat. Kierstin and I came up with a great idea and we hope you like it too. (:
We started Mascara Addicted less than a month ago, and we have been blown away by the response we have received already. No, we are not the biggest bloggers on the block, not even close. But we are so appreciative of the response we have received thus far! It is incredible! Everyone we have met in the blogging world is so helpful and kind hearted, we are lucky to be associated with these people.
Anyways, to the good stuff.. We want to do a giveaway!! YAAAYYYY!!! Everybody loves giveaways(: But not just yet, we want to wait a little longer until we get a little larger audience. We wanted to to make this post now, to encourage you all to talk about our blog! Go tell your mom, your sister, your best friends, your grandma, your dog, your neighbor your grandpa...EVERYONE. We are thinking of starting the giveaway when we reach somewhere around 100 followers. Get everyone you know to check out Mascara Addicted!

Random Post!
SICK DAYS. UGGHHH. I hate it. I've been so bored all day, not that watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians reruns all day is a bad thing (; Their family is so exciting and has so much drama! If only my family was that exciting. Is it weird that both Libby and I are sick on the same day? Hmmm...? Has anybody seen the commercials for the new movie coming out, The Perks of Being a Wallflower? I want to see it! It looks adorable! Okay, well this was just a random post so that I could get my creative juices flowing for some new articles! Talk to y'all later!
